Refund & Return Policy

At Anointed Prodigies LLC, all sales are final.

We operate using a third-party dropship and print-on-demand fulfillment company and do not manufacture, stock, or carry merchandise at our location. Products are produced and fulfilled specifically in response to customer orders. For this reason, we do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been submitted, except in the limited circumstances described below or where otherwise required by law.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, size, color, quantity, personalization (if applicable), and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Customer Ordering Errors

Anointed Prodigies LLC is not responsible for errors made by the customer when placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Selecting the wrong size
Selecting the wrong color or product
Ordering an incorrect quantity
Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Personal preferences regarding fit, style, or color

Because merchandise is fulfilled through a third-party provider and we do not maintain inventory on-site, customer ordering errors are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds except where required by applicable law.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing checkout.

Misprinted, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We understand that fulfillment issues can occasionally occur.

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at anointedprodigies@outlook.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
Any additional information reasonably requested to review the claim

These situations will be reviewed individually. Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

If we determine that the issue resulted from a production or fulfillment error, we will work with our fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact anointedprodigies@outlook.com with your order number and relevant tracking information.

We will review the shipment information and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment provider and/or shipping carrier to investigate the package.

Lost-package claims are reviewed individually. If the package is confirmed lost, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Anointed Prodigies LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or misdelivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may be sent to our fulfillment provider and enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you discover an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at anointedprodigies@outlook.com as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may attempt to request a change or cancellation from our fulfillment provider.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot generally be changed or canceled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved due to a qualifying fulfillment issue, it will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued are determined by the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Store credit will not be substituted for a refund when applicable law requires a monetary refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
